The SIM Card for the ZTE Quartz is built into the device and is non-removable.

Please do not attempt to remove the back of the watch.

This will void the device warranty.

Interesting that T-mobile is suggesting on their website the $25 sim starter kit.  I walked into my local T-Mobile owned store, NOT a reseller, and they said that I needed to purchase the starter kit for a preorder.  There seems to be some confusion in the sales community.

This isn't going to stop me from purchasing, I will just take my refund for the sim after they try to insert into the watch.

  • I pre ordered online on the 14 and it was a total cluster f#$* on the site and the phone due to the Sim card issue. I ended up just saying on charge me and I'm going to cancel the phone service. They won't let you buy it paid in full without service. I'll tell you how it goes when I bring it in to the store to argue my case. It's $5 a month added onto an all in post paid account. Or $20 a month stand alone account with its own number.
