Extreme battery drain linked to Bluetooth

This is my second Blade X Max. If I Turn on the bluetooth, it will drain my battery completely in less than a day. When I turn it off, everything is fine. I look at the Battery stats and it will show operating system, 1%, screen, 1%, bluetooth 85%! My first blade did not have this problem, but was replaced for a different issue. I don't know if it's a design flaw in this phone allowing this drain, or if the battery is bad and the bluetooth reveals it. I need some help because I need the bluetooth to work when in my vehicle.

    hi, @stevensupparits

    A few ideas to try:

    1-make sure the phone is up to date.
    2-Have you try to do a factory reset and also reset the networks?
    3-Try to clear the cache and data
    4-Remove the phone from your car and repair the it again.

  • Yes the phone is up to date. I have cleared the cache and it seems to help a bit. Also if I leave the screen off when in my car, it helps a bit. How do you reset the networks? My other Blade XMax doesn't have this problem.

    @stevensupparits

    Settings--> Backup & Reset--> Network Settings Reset

    All WiFi & Bluetooth Profiles along with any APNs you entered manually will be lost at this time.
