Worst phone I have ever owned. Numerous issues. Been up the the store 3 times now and called service provider 3 times. They both have been no help. About to switch providers and buy a new phone. Never had to much to complain about with the last 3 phones. I feel like I bought a piece of **** and nobody wants to tell me that the piece of **** phone is the problem. 3 months of barely usable data and trying everything they tell me to and it's not any better.

    Same here. T-Mobile refunded me a year later due to many exchanges. I bought a better phone. Which wasn't hard to find. Anything else is better.
