    Uninstalling or just deleting Magisk in any way or form, without reflashing the current official release you had magisk install, will end up like that.

    Now to further help with your issue with as much detail as possible, here are 2 questions :

    1- Which Rom were you using?
    2- Which TWRP release are you using?

    IF you were on LOS 15.1 , you'll have to boot to EDL and reflash a FULL B20 EDL Package using MiFlash, which you can easly find on XDA,

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    IF you were just using stock / rooted software,  depends on the TWRP you are using, you can do this :

    NOTE : Copy the B20 package to your SDCard.

    1- boot to recovery
    2- TAP " Mount "
    3- make sure "Mount system as read-only" is check (CRUCIAL STEP)
    4- Flash the whole Official B20 package.

    I was using the stock ROM and using TWRP 3.2.1-0. I'm also using B35

    @willb

    i still need to know which software were you using  for me to write a guide base on your answer.

    P.S. i assume TWRP 3.2.1-0 is the official release and not a special developer made?

    @DrakenFX I wan't to unroot my Axon 7. It is on B35 with Magisk. I clicked the uninstall completely button and I got stuck in a bootloop. I am using the official TWRP v 3.2.1-0. I uninstalled Magisk using Magisk Manager. How do I get my phone out of a bootloop and unroot?

    @willb
    that's good news, there is what you need to do and follow step by step :
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
    NOTE : Copy the Oreo B20 OR Noughat B35 zip package to your SDCard while you're in TWRP.

    1- Boot to TWRP.
    2- TAP " Mount " .
    3- make sure "Mount system as read-only" is check (THIS IS A CRUCIAL STEP)
    4- go back and tap Install
    5- Flash the Official Oreo B20 or Nougat B35 package.

    if you follow every step, you'll be back to either of the 2 packages you just flashed.

    @DrakenFX I am unrooted now, but I still have TWRP installed and an unlocked bootloader. How do I get safteynet to pass as some apps won't download because of it.

    Which package did you flash?

    Flash that package should have restored safety net ,
    Have you run any of the safety net verification apps? If not check the play store.

    @DrakenFX I have ran an app and it says safteynet doesn't pass. I have an unlocked bootloader so I think that's the problem.
  • DrakenFXDrakenFX Mobile United StatesPosts: 2,128 ✭✭✭✭✭✭✭✭
    That can by the issue , but also could be something else....

    Is up to you if you want to lock bootloader or check xda to get safety net working again.

    Is the B20 package stored anywhere else except the official link? the fools are using Dropbox and of course it has a 200 gig limit per day meaning only about a 150 people per day can download the update
