ZTE Max XL/black screen

I purchased this phone through Boost Mobile 5 months ago. I am a paramedic and hospice nurse. My phone is very important and needed for work. The phone constantly freezes or reboots over and over. I did a hard reset and it worked great for 2 weeks. Now I am frustrated because I purchased 4 different chargers and it will not charge at all. I can hold the power button and it lights up and vibrates but as soon as I let go of the power button, it is a black screen. Please help me with this issue.
