If everything goes to plan the update should be coming out within the next twelve hours. But I would start checking within the next hour or so 😉 I have also added some new info to my original post about what is in the update. Thank you all for your patience with this...
Just upgraded! Thank you for keeping us informed!
Good to hear that it's finally being pushed out after the debacle from 3 weeks ago but it's a shame the October 2019 security patch isn't being included instead at this point.
I fail to get your point on the"debacle". I'll pass on this update. I'm having zero issues with mine. Updates get pulled for a reason. Something wasn't right or the upate broke something that was working. Now that would have been a debacle.
I've had my Axon 10 Pro for a little over two weeks now, and so far I really like it. It's quite the upgrade from my Axon 7, and some things are just a matter of me getting used to them (like the curved screen), but it's all good.
One of the standout features for me is the level of support in the form of updates; when I first got the 7, there were several updates in the pipeline that brought the device to 7.1.1, and it operated very reliably for me (I never bothered with Oreo update).
I was very pleased to get the build 11 update for the 10 Pro last night, and it's ticking along perfectly this morning. I'm so glad I found this forum; the info is great, and I really like knowing what to expect with these devices. 😁
@dmatx Welcome to the Z-Community! We are glad you here as well.
Got the update! Woohoo hooooo!
I guess "debacle" was too strong of a word to use.
It was never actually "pulled" either though. Somehow it got miscommunicated between different departments at ZTE that the update was being sent out to all Axon 10 Pro users when in reality it was only meant for the beta testers and other internal users at the time.
@toyguy22 Well said.
