This is awesome news! It's nice to see additional coverage without extra cost. I especially love the loaner phone and the discounted screen repair fee included.
Don't praise it just yet, wait till you have to make a claim. Already annoyed with going through the 30 day return policy.
On one hand, this is good news for current and future owners of the Axon 10 Pro. This gives it another slight advantage over competitors who only offer 12 month limited warranties with pricey extended warranties.
On the other hand, this makes me question why this is being introduced now instead of exactly one month ago when the phone was announced as being available for the USA. Could it be that the Axon 10 Pro isn't selling as well as ZTE had hoped for?

ZTE USA and ZTE China they are the same company, but each country have their own way to operate....
You ordered a device that is NOT for the USA and been honest I don't know where are you located , but I can assume you are NOT here in the USA and of course if you are not in China the process to get a RMA Chinese Model won't be easy.
No i'm in the US and contacted ZTE USA and ZTE china answered. lol
Based on the amount of activity in the XDA Axon 10 Pro forum, I would guess that it isn't selling very well. That place is a ghost town!
That blows... I'm still not sure I want to keep it and risk being left in the lurch by zte again
I'm not on XDA and don't check it that often but looking at the Axon 10 Pro forum here on Z-Community, while definitely not a ghost town, isn't seeing anywhere near the same amount of activity as when the Axon 7 was released. If it is indeed not selling well, I hope it doesn't discourage ZTE from continuing the Axon line in the future here in the USA.
The competitive nature of the device market has changed a lot since Axon 7 days. Any momentum ZTE had was reset by lack of a 8, 9, and the US Govt Ban. They essentially are starting over and ramping things back up. Their commitment to the USA market seems strong to me and continued support of Axon 10 Pro months after launch and follow up devices will get more people paying attention to ZTE again in my opinion.
