ZTE support is garbage

So I get blown off, I reach out again, I get blown off, I reach out again, I get a reply saying my axon 10 pro is an EOL device. After googling what that means i see "end of life" so explain to me how my axon 10 pro is end of life? I'm using the dongle that came in the box to use wired headphones when i play codm or listen to music locally. If i'm riding i use bluetooth. I've gone through 3 pairs of wired earbuds as the device is killign them or something. The axon 10 pro earbuds died within 3 months of having the device and using them. This company is one of the shittiest companies I've ever come across. I regret spending the money on the Axon 10 pro and being left out in the lurch with updates and support help.
