Jelly effect in screen

Does anyone have an issue with the screen having jelly effect? And do you know if this can be fix with an software update or is it a hardware problem? Thanks

    That shouldn't be an issue with the Axon 7, the panel has a refresh rate of 60Hz and is refreshed in the standard way (no upsidedown panel). Are you able to record a video of the issue?

    A standard camera should be able to capture it,e.g.,

    It only happens in the parts of the screens that are black I will try to record it.

    Thanks very much. It was very useful. It's my first phone with amoled display and I don't know if it was normal or not
