I have a ZTE phone, every time I want to answer an email I get a prompt saying "cannot connect to server" how do I remedy this? Please English, I am not a techie and do not understand all the "shorthand" speak. Thank you

Which email client are you using?
Also include details about which email service you are using? (Especially if it is using POP or SMTP which would have been input you you during the setup of the email client.
Also has the email worked properly before on your device?
Can you also confirm this is the Metro Pcs Blade Z Max that you are using ?
