Have I been scammed ?

I ordered a ZTE USB-C Cable for Axon 7 from the ZTE accessories page .
The first email i got a few minutes later was "Your Order Is Canceled" then one minute later i got "Your new order number *****" Thank you for ordering" with the order info.
I have not received any tracking info and when I check "My orders" online it says" You have placed no orders."
The email address attached to the email i got with the order number I have had no response from !
The charge has come out of my bank account.

    Doubt you have been scammed. That is ZTE's official store and I have ordered stuff there with no problems on multiple occasions. @sshasan and @Aerospaceman can check on this for you and get you information hopefully.

    As @jimlloyd40 has mentioned it is best to get in contact with customer service via chat or the 1800 number.

    You haven't been scammed, there just seems to be an order mishap.

    Customer service can and will take care of any issues. There will most likely be a delay due to the holiday but I suggest calling in on Tuesday morning.
