Does this device exist? Here is a pic of the zte i bought tonight.

The screen does not work and dollar general won't take it back because the cell phone kiosk is third party owned

What do i do?

    This is the code manual i just had to create in order to tap the correct digit desired. Ridiculous

    HI, I am sorry to hear about your issue. Have you try to do a factory reset to see if that would fix your issue?

    If you just purchase the phone, I would suggest you take it back to the store to have them exchanged. Even if the store does not take it back, they should at least able to exchange it for a working unit. The phone appears to be for straight talk and typically if it is a carrier branded device, carriers would be handling the warranty.

    @guitars_g is the 3rd party kiosk unmanned? Have you tried calling the kiosk company? You said that you just bought it so if you purchased it with a credit card just call them and explain what happened.
