The lack of communication from ZTE USA is disappointing. I wouldn't have expected them to come out and make any grand statements, but at least acknowledging the issues and saying they are working with their parent company to hopefully come to a favorable resolution would have been the professional thing to do. But then again, they basically abandoned the boards well before the ban was announced so I guess it's business as usual.

That's just a general statement they made at the beginning of the export ban. Nothing has been announced on how the current situation affects existing devices in regards to software updates, support, warranty exchange, etcs….I for one would like something like that addressed.

Nothing new since April 20th: http://www.zte.com.cn/global/about/press-center/news
