A web search will give you various dialer codes to bring up the standard Android tools. Nova Launcher can bring it up too. Speaking from experience, I wouldn't mess with the cell radio parameters on even a non-rooted phone unless you already have the factory imaging software. There may be NVRAM parameters that the phone's built-in reset can't restore.
Did anyone ever figure out how to go in to. Engineering Mode? I have lost my IMEI on one of my axon 7 and want to figure out a way to read it from the qfuse or QCN file.

However, the service menu is not a standard Android code. So codes like #DATA# or #DEBUG# do not work on this phone.
