ZMAX PRO System Update error

I have a zmax pro with Android version 6.0.1, Build Z981V1.0.0B21

Just realized it today that when I do a System Update I'm getting an error msg that says:
Please check your Network connection

Metro is no help at all. Is anyone else seeing this error>

    Me too! I read that resetting will address the error. As for an updated version I am very skeptical...

    The update servers are offline...there are posts about this already in the community.

    Still having issues. My phone has gone completely crazy. I have cleared the cache, did a factory reset, uninstalled apps, keep my storage at a certain level. It's really messing up. Haven't had this phone for even a year and it's giving me so many problems. What else can I do. Don't exactly have the funds for a new phone.

    If you are unhappy, get a new phone. Understand about lack of funds but that's the solution. Look for used deals on swappa or something.

    As near as I can tell, the error occurs because the app 'Android System Webview' is either disabled or not updated.  Hope this helps.
