ZTE N818s via QLink Wireless aka Sapphire 3g

Looking for a lead on phone case. My carrier is QLink Wireless and this phone is made exclusively for them and I can not find it on the ZTE website. After hours on the phone with Qlink I found this phone is also known as the Sapphire 3g. Hoping that someone knows if ZTE has another phone with the same specs that would have a compatible case.

I had set up my home screen, twice, then I restarted my phone and when it starts back up...my home screen that I had set up is gone!! Is there something I'm not doing right? PLEASE HELP ME!! Thank you

Download Launcher 5 from Google Play Store (Free), Do not use Launcher 3 which is on ZTE n818s which has great looks and does not keep on Quitting or Stopping.
They do have "flashlight" apps that are merely a bright white screen... but it's more fun to MacGuyver a 50 ct keychain LED to the phone. My wife didn't like that look though so she had to settle for a flashlight on her. 38
I hate that aspect of the stock launcher, too. You can download ANY OTHER launcher you want, I recommend one called "Lean Launcher", because it's lightweight and no ads. I like my desktop a certain way ( launcher 3 used to be ok), but now you gotta go 3rd party.
