I need some information on my zte account, and the password reset email is not in my inbox, or spam or anything. I contacted zte by phone and email and they have no clue. >:( They sent me here.
To help further troubleshoot this issue can you let us know if you are talking about your account on the ZTEUSA.com website or your account here on Z-Community(community.zteusa.com) as they are two separate systems?
