How's the warranty process?

Unfortunately my Axon 7 is having speaker issues. The top speaker grill isn't working and the bottom one is barely working. Im still covered under their two year warranty.

Does ZTE fix the phone and  send me the exact same one or do they send a refurbished one? Also, how's the process overall?

    hi, if the unit is still under warranty, then give ZTE support a call. Typically with phones, manufacturers would repair the unit.

    If you chose advanced exchange, it'll be a refurbished unit.  Otherwise, they'll attempt to repair the one you sent in and send it back.
    ZTE support has been fantastic for me.

    I just did a warranty repair, they provided me with a shipping label and I shipped it to them at no cost to me, and they returned it within 2 weeks. I received the same phone back I sent to them, fully repaired. I was 1 day shy of the 2 year warranty when I contacted them about my power issue. I would recommend ZTE repair service to anyone having issues.
