my zte v8 blade is not booting

    Remove any SIM and micro SD card that may be in the device.

    Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, and check if the status light blinks or any other behavior takes place.

    If the battery was dead before this issue, connect it to the charger before doing this.

    what can happen to my ZTE blade v8 if i do update Android Oreo 8.0 without an sd memory card.

    If it is an official update from ZTE and is delivered by their OTA updater, then those can be done without a micro SD card, though if it is an update that requires a sideload, then you will often need a micro SD card. In either case, the update must be designed your your specific phone model.
