How do I delete the TV mode display so I can see my home screen,
How do I remove the AT &T display video on my home screen that prevents me from seeing my home page
The TV Mode can be disabled from the settings mode or by tapping on the quick setting tile after swiping down and locating it.
Can you show us a screenshot of what you are talking about? It sounds to me like it is a widget on the home screen but I don't have that on mine. If it is a widget, you should be able to long press on it and drag it up where it says "remove" to get rid of it.
I meant the AT &T display that prevents me from seeing my android home page
I want to delete the setup TV app permanently
As soon you are done with the TV App setup , the setup will get disabled and you won't see it again,
You just need to skip or setup that screen and you are done with the setup app
This is what I want removed permanently so I can use my Android home screen
Gone to settings to disable it but it always comes back ,want it gone permanently thanks
As @DrakenFX mentioned you go through the setup and then it goes away. You have to go through the setup at least once and then it should never appear again. I did it when I first got mine but that was so long ago I forgot that even existed because I haven't seen it except the very first time it popped up.
Went to setting and switched off TV mode ,went to the setup app and disabled it ,still wouldn't go ,please is there anything more I can do , when you say setup do you mean settings ?
Meaning, Tap "Set Up" and follow the instructions, after that you will be free of that screen and be able to use the Device as intended.
Did that but just showed me a similar icon to the setup called save
Hi ,when I click on the setup botton all I get is this page changing it to save but that botton isn't responsive
Hello everyone ,still having the same issue with my phone can't seem to get this screensaver to go away for good ,now I can't see notifications or my home Android screen
Tried factory resetting but even that's not working keeps telling me app wouldn't open
Look at this thread where one of our community member has posted a workaround on his device by installing Netflix and choose that app to bypass the screen. Maybe it will help you out.
Thanks but things are so bad now that I can't download or factory reset or get to Google play
