There is a render of the Huawei P10 Plus online. Only, on this render there is a physical home button, and a sensor next to the front camera. That sensor likely includes an iris scanner as more and more smartphones are equipped with this form of bio-metric security. The authenticity of the render is, however, questioned. Tech Journalist Roland Quandt says that this is a photo shopped image of an earlier leak of the Huawei P10.
Beware: Todays Huawei P10 Plus "leak" is photoshopped, based on earlier (seemingly legit) P10 pics. P10 Plus in pics has same model number.
The render also shows a fingerprint scanner in the back, while a physical home button is placed at the front. Earlier reports speculated that the Huawei would still combine the home button with a fingerprint scanner, but Huawei decided not to do this.
Earlier, the Chinese company has sent invitations for the reveal of the Huawei P10, which is expected during the upcoming Mobile World Congress (February 27 – March 2). Normally Huawei launches new devices at a private event, but this year the company has likely chosen to reveal its new flagship during the technology fair.
Interesting as the Hawkeye is being crowdfunded and developed how it will compare.
ZTE is right there in the mix of new things.
